Application for Master of Science Programmes at Stockholm University

You can use this guide to help you make your application for both Master's Programmes and for courses at undergraduate level. Applications are processed by the Swedish National Admissions Office, who is responsible for the national admissions website, called www.antagning.se.

All prospective students, regardless of country of origin, should apply via the national admissions website.

Application Procedure

Applicants from countries outside EU/EEA or countries needing VISA apply at latest 15th of January at studera.nu. The application fee is set to 900 SEK. For all our programmes the tuition fee is set to 135000 SEK per year.  The application procedure for the first deadline will open on December 1 at antagningen.se.

Applicants from Sweden or other EU/EEA countries apply at antagningen.se, at the latest 15th of April. The application procedure for the second deadline will open on March 15 at antagningen.se.

The application process can be found at antagning.se (in English: universityadmissions.se). For the master's programmes at Stockholm University, you don´t need to send any letter of recommendation etc.

Applications with deadline April 15 (EU/EAA applicants) must be made at the Swedish antagningen.se (description of the programmes in Swedish).
