If the helpdesk staff is not in the helpdesk room you can always contact them by phone. If you have a problem with for example your programming assignment, you should not contact the helpdesk. Talk to your instructor instead.
The systems unit DMC is responsible for the maintenance of the computers, network and software at DSV. Contact DMC via the helpdesk in case:
- something is wrong with the lab computers or the software
- you have questions about the computer facilities at DSV
- you have a problem with your user account
- you have trouble connecting your laptop to the wireless network in Nod
