Helpdesk

DSV IT unit is responsible for the maintenance of the computers, network and software at DSV. Contact DSV IT in case:

  • something is wrong with the lab computers or the software
  • you have questions about the computer facilities at DSV
  • a printer is out of paper or toner
  • you have a problem with your user account
  • you have trouble connecting your laptop to the wireless or wired network at DSV

Help desk

DSV IT unit has a help desk in room 6366 on floor 6 in Forum, phone number 08-161648, e-mail helpdesk@dsv.su.se. The help desk is open at 8-17 during the terms. If the help desk staff is not in the help desk room you can always contact them by phone. If you have a problem with for example your programming assignment, you should not contact the  help desk. Talk to your instructor instead.

How to report problems to the help desk

Error reports or questions can be sent by e-mail to helpdesk@dsv.su.se. You can also report using FirstClass to the conferences "Felanmälan student" and "Stud helpdesk DMC".
