Locking Computers

In order to be used efficiently, the computers in DSV's computer rooms should never be locked for more than 20 minutes. There is an automatic log off from Microsoft Windows, but not from Linux. We ask you, however, to respect the 20 minutes rule on all computers.

If a computer has been locked for more than 20 minutes, contact helpdesk@dsv.su.se to have it unlocked. A locked pc running Linux can be freed by pushing "Control Alt Backspace".
