Group Room Rules
There are a number of group rooms at DSV for student use. The rooms are found at floor 4, 5 and 6 in the Forum building. There are two kinds of group rooms: ordinary office rooms and booths in the corridors. They have slightly different rules:
Office room rules
- These rooms may be booked in Daisy.
- If you are alone it is OK to use a room until a group wants the room. The group has preference to the room even if the student has booked it.
- If you don't come to your booked room within 30 minutes, then any other group can take it.
- A group consists of at least three people.
- A room should not be booked for more than four consecutive hours.
- Eating food is not allowed in the rooms.
Booth rules
- Booths can not be booked.
- If you are alone it is OK to sit in a booth until a group arrives. Then the group has precedence.
- A group consists of at least two people.
- Eating food is not allowed in the booths.
